Pretty good little welder. Had a little learning curve and probably could have used a smaller welding stick for better performance. But after i got it started it began working a-lot smoother. I defiantly recommend this for small jobs or when you need a quick weld. Im sure with more practice this can be a life saver in those certain situations. I give this 5 stars. Its quick easy and portable really glad i made this purchase
I picked this up cause it was easily portable. I have a huge miller ac dc tig welder, mig welder all that but wanted something I could easily use out of the shop. This is the ticket. Runs on 220v and seems just fine even on an extension cord. The duty cycle seems pretty good too. It will run through an entire welding rod on full power. If you need something portable this will surely get the job done.
Very good welder, for the price it can not be beat. If you can not weld with this something is wrong....very easy to use!!! My son has borrowed it many times and loved using it
